As with all the other Nespresso boutiques this place is chic and inviting with the aroma of freshly made coffee filling the air. The staff are experienced, professional and extremely helpful no matter whether your questions are about coffee, coffee machines or the many other products available. If you haven't got a Nespresso machine pop in and ask for a demonstration. They are happy to provide a cup of Nespresso coffee of your choice to sample.
0 star you closed the store in Edinburgh like 5 months ago but when we checking in google you are still open many time we went there and your store disappeared anyway it is very disappointing honestly from Nespresso I was fun of you but now I had to change another coffee and I’m sure I’m not alone I have 5 friends did the same,

Why do they still show ‘photos of the old boutique? Is this misrepresentation? The new franchise in John Lewis is a shadow of the former store. The staff sell you what you ask for and have little or no product knowledge.
What a disappointment. The store in Edinburgh has now closed without any notice mentioning where/when/if Nespresso has any intention to open a new store somewhere else in the city. As a customer, I feel badly let down.
Zero stars. Have many Nespresso products and after visiting Edinburgh, its left a horrible taste of the brand. Horrible customer service.
Bought pods, woman packed wrong size correct flavour, noticed as soon as I got home. Went to exchange them 2 days after and they refused. ???
The delivery service is beyond ridiculous, I have been waiting for my coffee for a week!!!! This is definitely not a service you would expect from a high profile company (or so they want to let us think). ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
